Estelle Rémondeau received the award for the best doctoral paper at the 2022 conference on R&D management, Innovation for People and Territories, at the University of Trento (Italy)

Estelle Rémondeau's paper, selected by the jury, is entitled: How to guide, within a company designing complex systems, the adaptation of agile approaches according to the project context? A typology of agile adaptation modes.

This research was presented in the context of the track: Contextual Spedificity in R&D Management. It aims at guiding the adaptation of agile approaches according to the project context they are confronted with. To meet this objective, it is based on case studies conducted within Safran Electronics & Defense.

This paper was produced as part of Estelle's doctoral studies at the i3-CRG (Management Research Centre) at the École Polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris. This prize was the opportunity for Estelle to thank her thesis directors, Prof. Sylvain Lenfle and Prof. Christophe Midler, who were very involved in her doctoral studies, but also the company that hosted this research
