In 2015, Nutriset was given an extended corporate purpose with a mandate to "provide effective solutions to nutrition and malnutrition issues". In 2020, in order to meet ever more nutritional needs, in a changing and increasingly competitive environment, the Nutriset Group has committed to a transformation process with a deadline of 2022: to give each structure of the Group the additional means to develop. The firm Kéa & Partners is assisting it in this objective. During the process, one question quickly became central: how can the mandate be used to support the transformation?

The Chair for the Future of Industry and Work at Mines - Paris Sciences et Lettres organizes a monthly seminar on the rise of autonomy in organizations. The objective of this seminar is to discuss concrete experiences of setting up an organization that favors employee autonomy by analyzing the difficulties encountered, the impact on operational performance and on employee satisfaction, the construction of "words to say it"... During the first year, we will be interested in companies where different national or professional traditions coexist and in the support of middle management
