This book is the result of a particular research work and in an original form: a conversation between two engineers formerly employed by Zodiac Aerospace. In 5 acts, the authors conduct a questioning tinged with engineering and management sciences on what makes a decision, management, collective action, strategy, responsibility of the leader, and governance in a group of SMEs such as Zodiac Aerospace. Olivier Zarrouati approaches these key issues with the experience and reflexivity of top managers, and with the singular viewpoint of an engineer, where a relationship to analysis and design reasoning are combined, never independent of human and personal values.
