On the occasion of the publication of her book Les Nouveaux modes de management et d'organisation : innovation ou effet de mode (available on 24/11), researcher Suzy Canivenc interviewed Romain and Clément Meyer (25 and 22 years old) about their incredible odyssey in search of managerial innovation: 6 months of travel, 8 countries crossed, 100 organizations met and more than 200 interviews carried out with leaders, managers, employees and experts of managerial transformation.

Breaking codes and inventing the management of tomorrow is an aspiration and a reality shared in many countries.

 

In this issue of Repère n°10, The Odyssey of Managerial Innovation, you will discover the most common practices encountered internationally, what they bring to companies and employees, as well as some of the difficulties encountered in implementing them and making them work.
