Special prize of the Plumes des Achats jury awarded to Romaric Servajean-Hilst
Posted on 9 December 2021

The Special Jury Prize of the Plumes des Achats 2021 is awarded to Romaric Servajean-Hilst for his book Co-Innovation Dynamics published in 2019.

This book is the result of his thesis carried out at the CRG (Management Research Center) of the Ecole Polytechnique under the direction of Sihem Ben Mahmoud Jouini "Relational approach to vertical innovation cooperation - performance factors of the customer-supplier relationship in innovation". Romaric Servajean-Hilst seeks to identify the dynamics within an inter-firm innovation cooperation that promote its performance. To do so, he is interested in the management of the innovation relationship between a client company and its innovative supplier, and focuses on the mechanisms that affect both the collaborative innovation project and the client-supplier exchanges. This thesis won the French-speaking thesis awards in Purchasing Management and Innovation Management.

Les Plumes des Achats is a gathering of four associations (ACA, ADRA, Club des Acheteurs IT& X-Achats) of buyers and Purchasing Directors around an event awarding prizes to the best literary works on the purchasing function.

This initiative, whose first edition took place in 2015, rewards the best books of the year in the field of purchasing and supply chain. The jury is composed of a reading committee of about thirty people combining professionals, teachers and researchers. It concerns French and English books and dissertations.
